All cars are equipped with ETC; please bring your own ETC card.

Driver’s licenses for all persons who will be driving are required.
Please note that if you do not present your driver’s license on the day of the event, we will not be able to accept you as a driver or lend you a car.

A valid Japanese driver’s license (including international and foreign driver’s licenses) is required.
You will need to present your international driver’s license and passport when using the rental car.
Please check the expiration date of your international driver’s license, the validity period of your driver’s license in Japan, and the vehicle category in which you are allowed to drive before using a rental car.

The rental fee is ¥500 per car (tax included).
Child seats are legally required to be installed for children under 6 years old.

If you cancel your reservation, the following fees will apply.　
If the flight arriving at Naha Airport is cancelled due to a typhoon, etc., no cancellation fee will be charged on the day of cancellation.
The cancellation fee will be applied to the basic rental car fee for the reservation.
Cancellation fees do not apply to the Safe Compensation Plan and options.

　7 days prior to the reserved date: Free of charge
　6-3 days 20% of the basic fee
　2～1 day before 30% of the basic charge
　On the day of the reservation 50% of the basic fee

If no notice is received more than one hour after the reserved boarding time, the cancellation will be considered as no-call cancellation,
Please note that the cancellation fee will be 100% of the basic fare.

Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 (Application of General Terms and Conditions)
Subject to the provisions of these Conditions of Carriage, the Company shall lend a rental car (hereinafter referred to as “Rental Car”) to the Lessee, and the Lessee shall borrow the Rental Car. Any matter not provided for in these Conditions of Carriage shall be subject to laws and regulations or general custom.
(3) The Company may accept special agreements to the extent that they do not contravene the intent of these Conditions of Carriage, laws and ordinances, administrative notices, or general customs. In the event of any special agreement, such special agreement shall prevail over the General Terms and Conditions.
Chapter 2 Reservations
Article 2 (Application for Reservation)
Upon agreeing to these Conditions of Car Rental and the Company’s prescribed fee schedule, etc., the lessee shall make a reservation for a rental car, specifying in advance the model class, starting date and time of rental, rental location, rental period, return location, driver, whether or not a child seat or other accessories are required, and other rental conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Rental Conditions”), in accordance with the Company’s prescribed method. The Company may make an application for a reservation by specifying the date, time, place, rental period, return location, driver, whether or not accessories such as child seats are required, and other conditions of the rental (“Conditions of Rental”).
When the Company receives a reservation request from the Lessee, the Company shall, in principle, accept the reservation within the scope of the rental car held by the Company. In such a case, the Lessee shall pay the reservation application fee prescribed by the Company, unless otherwise approved by the Company.
Article 3 (Change of Reservation)
The Lessee shall obtain the prior consent of the Company before making any changes to the terms and conditions of the reservation as provided for in Paragraph 1 of the preceding Article.
Article 4 (Cancellation of Reservation, etc.)
The Lessee may cancel the reservation with the Company’s consent.
If the rental car rental agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Rental Agreement”) is not executed by the Lessee at least one (1) hour after the reserved rental start time for the Lessee’s convenience, the reservation shall be deemed cancelled.
If the reservation is cancelled for the convenience of the Lessee, the Lessee shall pay to Peach a cancellation fee prescribed by Peach as separately provided, and upon payment of such cancellation fee, Peach shall return to the Lessee the reservation deposit already received.
If the reservation is cancelled by the Company for any reason, the Company shall not only return to the Lessee the reservation deposit received by the Company, but also pay to the Lessee a penalty prescribed by the Company.
If the rental agreement is not executed due to accident, theft, non-return, recall, or any other cause beyond the control of either the Lessee or the Company, the reservation shall be deemed cancelled. In such case, the Company shall return to the Lessee the deposit received.
Article 5 (Substitute Rental Car)
If the Company is unable to rent to the Lessee a rental car of the type and class reserved by the Lessee, the Company may request the Lessee to rent a rental car of a different type and class from that reserved (hereinafter referred to as “Substitute Rental Car”).
If the Lessee accepts such request, the Company shall rent a substitute rental car under the same terms and conditions as those of the reservation, except for the make and class of the car. In this case, the Lessee shall pay the lower of the rental price for the replacement rental car or the rental car under the terms and conditions of the reservation.
If the Lessee refuses the rental of the rental car under paragraph 1, the reservation shall be cancelled. In such a case, if the reason for not being able to rent the rental car is due to reasons attributable to the Company, the rental car shall be handled in accordance with Article 4, Paragraph 4, and if the reason is not attributable to the Company, the rental car shall be handled in accordance with Article 4, Paragraph 5.
Article 6 (Exemption from Liability)
Except as provided in Articles 4 and 5, neither the Company nor the Lessee shall make any mutual claim with respect to the cancellation of the reservation or the failure to execute the rental agreement.
Article 7 (Reservation Operations on Behalf of the Company)
The Lessee may request the Company to arrange for a reservation center, travel agency, partner company, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “Agency”) to handle reservation services on behalf of the Company.

Examples of Inapplicable Insurance

In the event of an accident caused by the following types of driving, conditions, or circumstances, insurance will not apply and the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the accident.

Failure to report the accident to the police (no proof of accident)
Accidents involving unauthorized use of the vehicle after a delay in the rental period without our permission
Accident when driving without a license
Accidents caused by persons other than the policyholder (the person named in the policy)
Accident caused by non-wearing of seat belt while driving
Accidents caused by driving under the influence of alcohol
In the event of a settlement with the other party to the accident
Damage caused by theft of the vehicle
Accidents caused by driving over the capacity of the vehicle
Malfunction caused by incorrect operation
Damage to rental car, signboards, fences, etc. on the store premises (parking space, etc.)
Damage to equipment inside the vehicle
Damage to or puncture of tires, loss or damage to wheel caps
Accident or damage caused by use of the vehicle in violation of the terms of our rental agreement
Damage accident due to negligent vehicle management (including vehicle theft, etc.)
(e.g.) If the keys are left in the vehicle and the vehicle is stolen, etc.
Accidents caused by traffic violations
(e.g., speeding, disregarding traffic signals, violating a stop sign, entering a vehicle in a direction other than that specified, etc.)
